J.I. (Judy) KLEINBERG works and plays with words. Her poetry has appeared in numerous journals, recently including Clover/A Literary Rag, Feathertale, Raven Chronicles, Cirque,Mojave River Review, and Northwind, which nominated one of her poems for a Pushcart prize. Recently profiled in the Bellingham Herald’s Whatcom Magazine, she is working on an extensive series of found poems, which have been included in the Journal of Compressed Creative Arts, Truck, the Silver Birch Press May Poetry Anthology and Star 82 Review.
In her freelance writing business, she works with clients worldwide in the fields of medicine, travel, real estate, investment, public relations, economics, the arts, technology, and coaching, among others. She is co-author of the book Fat Stupid Ugly: One Woman’s Courage to Survive (Health Communications, 2004).
Judy lives in Bellingham, posts most days at chocolate is a verb, blogs about poetry at the Boynton Blog and doesn’t own a television.
