Anastacia-Renee will inaugurate Easy Speak Rainier Beach.
Show starts at 7:30 (with sign-up and music by the Jim O’Halloran Trio). Open Mike starts at 8pm and Anastacia-Renee will come on around 8:50 and give us 20 minutes or so of work.
ANASTACIA-RENEE is Civic Poet of Seattle and former Poet-In-Residence at Hugo House. She is a hybrid genre writer, workshop facilitator, and multivalent performance artist.
She is the author of four books: Forget It (Black Radish Books), (v.) (Gramma Press), Answer(Me) (Argus Press), and 26 (Dancing Girl Press). Her poetry, prose, and fiction have been published widely.
The Jim O’Halloran Trio features Jim on flutes, Evan Flory-Barnes on bass and Jacques Willis on drums.
