Larkman.1Sandra Larkman Heindsmann lives beside Thornton Creek in Seattle with her husband, photographer David Larkman Clark. Sandra has been performing poetry since 1970 in universities, schools, bookstores, restaurants, museums, libraries, and bars. She has appeared on public radio and television, and read for the Seattle City Council. Her poems have been commissioned for art installations in museums and galleries by various artists, and traveled on a Metro bus for a year. Sandra has received awards from the Washington State Poet’s Association, the Chester H. Jones Foundation, and Poets and Writers Magazine. Her very small press book, To the Goddess, is in its second edition.
