Monday, 8 January 2018

Open Mike starts at 8:00 (with sign-up and music prior to that). Lillo will come on between 8:40 and 8:50 and give us 20 minutes or so of work.

LILLO WAY’s chapbook, “Dubious Moon,” is the winner of the Hudson Valley Writers Center’s Slapering Hol Chapbook Contest 2017. She has received two nominations for a 2018 Pushcart Prize. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in New Orleans Review, Poet Lore, Tampa Review, Tar River Poetry, Madison Review, The Sow’s Ear Poetry Review, Poetry East, Roanoke Review, Flying South among others. Nine of Way’s poems are included in anthologies. Her full-length manuscript, “Wingbone,” was a finalist for the Barry Spacks Poetry Prize from Gunpowder Press.
